Education: BS in Biological Sciences at Cal Poly; MS in Biological Sciences at Cal Poly

Biography: 

Lucy's fascination with cell and molecular biology grew during her undergraduate years and Cal Poly, where she enjoyed studying life by breaking it down into its smallest units. The same curiosity draws her to regenerative medicine, where those units come together not just to explain life, but to restore and sustain it. She is especially interested in cell therapies and expanding access to patients with complex conditions and limited treatment options. Lucy is excited to grow as a scientist and contribute to the future of this rapidly expanding field.

Lucy is currently completing her internship in the Cell Biology Department at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
