Education:  BS in Biomedical Engineering at Cal Poly; MS in Biomedical Engineering at Cal Poly

Biography: 

Ananya is interested in the Regenerative Medicine program as it feels to be the perfect blend of engineering and science, her two interests. As an undergrad, her main focus was building the skills needed to apply herself as not only an interdisciplinary student but a versatile problem-solver. She is interested in the endless possibilities of personalized medicine and drug delivery, but mostly the development of stem cell therapies. With a background in organic chemistry and training in a lab setting she hopes to join a pharmaceutical or biologics company set on improving the standard of care for patients in an ethical and sustainable way
