Education: BS in Biomedical Engineering at Cal Poly; MS in Biology at Cal Poly

Biography: 

Sophia is interested in regenerative medicine as an important and revolutionary tool for cell therapy research. She looks forward to investigating the potential for stem cell therapies in the treatment of immune dysregulation and autoimmune disorders. She plans to further her education after the program's completion and pursue a PhD in immunology or molecular biology.
