Education: BS in Biomedical Engineering at Cal Poly; MS in Biomedical Engineering at Cal Poly

Biography: 

Otto developed an interest in regenerative medicine after learning about the potential of cell-based therapies to treat complex diseases. He wants to particularly focus on developing treatment for cancers or autoimmune diseases. After graduating, Otto hopes to pursue a career in process development within the cell therapy industry, where he wanted to help optimize the production of cell therapies, and make their development more efficient and scalable. 

Otto is currently completing his internship on the Bioprocess Research and Development Team at PBS Biotech.
