Education: Blended BS + MS Biomedical Engineering at Cal Poly
Biography:
Jordan is interested in regenerative medicine and stem cell research as a way to create treatments for incurable diseases and to improve the quality of life of patients. She has a strong interest in tissue engineering and genetics, and would be interested in finding a way to combine these two concepts to create new technology. She hopes to use her education in this program and the internship experience to gain new skills and knowledge about biotechnology. After completion of her Master’s degree, Jordan hopes to work at a biotechnology company to improve the quality of life of people across the globe.
