Biography

What interested Benjamin the most about stem cells was the unbounded nature of their future potential. He wanted to focus on the genetic manipulation of stem cells. After completion of his masters degree in stem cell research he planned to pursue a PhD, in order to teach and guide his own research.

After graduating, Benjamin was accepted into the Biological Sciences PhD program at UC San Diego.
